We are indebted to Katherine Trotter from Edinburgh, who brought down a consignment of medical supplies for us to take over for the Meserani Snake Park Clinic. They were donated by an organisation called ‘Holding Hands with Charities’, who collect out of date medical supplies from hospitals and surgeries that are perfectly safe to use, but cannot be used by the NHS because of the date stamp. The medical supplies range from a huge variety of wound dressings to resting splints, and much, much more. These will be taken to Meserani by the group of adults that are visiting there in August this year.
