Diane Swan’s father, George Renton, passed away at the end of last year, and the money raised from donations made at his funeral was spent on buying text books for the library at Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School. The books were handed over to the school last month, each one bearing the inscription “Donated in memory of George Renton. An English Gentleman who loved reading books.”
