Three secondary school pupils and their fathers have raised the largest amount of money ever donated to The Meserani Project from a single event (£6,061) – and they did it by achieving something quite remarkable:

• Climbing the highest mountain in Scotland (Ben Nevis)
• Climbing the highest mountain in Wales (Snowdon)
• Climbing the highest mountain in England (Scafell Pike)

…..and all of this was done in less than 24 hours! (22 hours and 53 minutes)

Major challenges involved:

• 23 miles of actual mountain hiking
• 10,052 feet of uphill walking
• Driving the 462 miles between the three mountains
