7 December 2013:

I have booked a Race Night for Friday 1 August 2014 (I talked about this at our recent meeting in The Fairfield pub).

Please keep this date free in your diaries – further detailed will follow.

4 November 2013:

Your passport needs to be valid up to six months after we return to the U.K.

The weight of your holdall (flight hold luggage) must not exceed 20 Kg.

We have taken the other 10 Kg. allowance to transport equipment and resources, and we will be giving you an extra piece of hold luggage each to check in at Manchester Airport. 

1 November 2013:

Please keep the evening of Friday 4 July 2014 free in your diaries – this is when we have our final meeting before the trip – it is vital that everyone is present.
