Zebedayo Lemilya

Zebedayo attended Meserani Juu Primary School.

In August 2016 (his final year) he was placed seventh in his school examinations. His father has three wives and seventeen children, he has no work, he drinks, and he does not like his children being educated. Zebedayo’s mother cuts grass and sells it at the market for a living, and Zebedayo’s younger siblings herd cows. Zebedayo breaks stones to pay for his own education. His favourite subjects are English, Mathematics and Geography. He enjoys football, and is the goalkeeper for the school team. He would like to be a pilot one day.

Zebedayo started his secondary education at Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2017. He is being sponsored by Aztec Stone and Reclamations.

Zebedayo was selected to study a three-year Diploma Course in Marketing, at Dar es Salaam, and he started his studies in June 2021.In June 2022 he changed courses, and is now studying for a Certificate in Primary School Teaching at Monduli Teachers College. Aztec Stone and Reclamations are sponsoring Zebedayo throughout his Diploma Course.
