Dinna Petro

Dinna attended Meserani Juu Primary School.

Dinna was positioned tenth in her class at Meserani Juu Primary School in her final year. Her father died when she was five. She lives with her mother now, who breaks stones for a living. Her mother has seven children, and Dinna is the sixth born. She enjoys playing Netball, and her favourite subjects are English, Mathematics and Science. She would like to be a nurse one day.

Dinna started her secondary education at Irkisongo Girls’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2017. She is being sponsored by the Health & Care School at Hartlepool College of Education.

Dinna was selected to study A’ Levels in History, Geography and Languages, at Chief Ihuyo School, Mara, and she started her studies in June 2021. Hartlepool College of Education are sponsoring Dinna throughout her two years of A’ Level studies.
