Minyali Saingorie

Minyali attended Meserani Juu Primary School. He is living with his mother, brother and two sisters. His father passed away in 2003 due to cancer, and his mother feeds the family by selling grass she has cut to people for their roofs.

Minyali started Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2011. He is usually placed in the top ten in his year group in school examinations. He was sponsored through his secondary education by Bob. & Sue. Johnson.

In Minyali’s ‘mock’ final examinations in May 2014 he achieved a Division II pass, and in his final examinations he gained the necessary marks to progress to A’ Level studies. He started his A’ Level studies at Njombe Secondary School in July 2015, he is studying Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

He is being sponsored through his two years of A’ Level studies by Graeme & Bev. Fallowfield, who both work at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
