Loinyeye Kapande

His father has three wives, and Loinyeye’s mother has eight children. His father wants Loinyeye to have a secondary education, but can not afford the school fees. He plants maize, and looks after three cows. Loinyeye likes football, and he has a sixteen-year-old sister who has already been married off. He was placed sixth in his examinations at Meserani Chini Primary School in early 2014. He would like to be a pilot one day.

Loinyeye startedhis secondary education at Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2015. He is being sponsored my Graham Plant.

Loinyeye achieved a Division Three result in his final examinations, and was selected to study a two-year Primary School Teaching Diploma Course at Mtwara Teachers’ College. He started his course in July 2019. Graham Plant is continuing to sponsor Loinyeye through his two year Diploma Course.
