Frank Leskar
His father has two wives, and there are eleven children in the family. It would be impossible for the father to be able to pay secondary school fees. Frank has two elder siblings, but neither are at secondary school. He was placed first in his examinations at Lesiraa Primary School in early 2014, and performed particularly well in the national examinations in November 2014. He would like to be a doctor one day.
Frank started his secondary education at Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2015. In his first school examinations in December 2015 he was placed third in his year group of 133 pupils. He is being sponsored by Jean, Michael & Matthew Dodgson. Michael and Jean are parents of two former Acklam Grange pupils, Sarah and Matthew. Michael works for the NHS at James Cook. Matthew is an IT technician at Middlesbrough College. Jean spends her days crafting.
Frank achieved a Division Two result in his final examinations, and was selected to study A’ Levels in Chemistry, Biology and Geography at Miono School, Chalinze. He started his course in July 2019. Mick and Jean Dodgson are continuing to sponsor Frank through his two years of A’ Level studies.
