OUR ANNUAL RACE NIGHT

It starts at 6.45 p.m., and is in the Main Hall at Acklam Grange School, Middlesbrough.

Entry is £5 for adults and £4 for under-16s.

Bring your own drinks/snacks for the night.

Please enter the school via the Acorn Centre on Heythrop Drive.

Please, please do your very best to come along, – we need lots and lots of people to be there on the night to make it a big success – get on to your friends, relatives, workmates, neighbours – anyone at all who you can persuade to come along. Race Nights are always huge fun, and it will be a great night for everyone.

All we need are the names of who is coming, so that we can include them in the programme – please send us these names by Friday 29 June at the latest – e-mail us at meserani@hotmail.co.uk

We need sponsors for each of the eight races – if you know of any commercial organisations or individuals who would wish to sponsor a race (£50) – they will get an advert in the programme, and free entry to the event. Please make a huge effort in this respect, as this will add a lot to the total amount raised on the night.

Don’t forget that all proceeds on the night are going towards the first classroom in the new Meserani Secondary School – and built in memory of Grace Kagwiria.
