Lucas Dalash

 His mother died in 2008. His father is old and unemployed. He has three sisters and one brother.

 Lucas started Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2010. He completed his secondary education in November 2013, and achieved the necessary pass mark in his final examinations in order to proceed to A’ Level studies. He was sponsored through his secondary education by the family of Bethany Brown, a former Senior Prefect at Acklam Grange School, and we are indebted to the Brown family for giving Lucas a start in life that he could only have dreamed of.

Lucas began his A’ Level studies at Pugu High School in Dar Es Salaam in July 2014. 

Lucas completed his A’ Level studies in June 2016, and was selected to join Sokoine University, Morogoro (http://www.suanet.ac.tz). He began his BSc course in Education, Chemistry & Biology in October 2016. He was sponsored throughout his A’ Level and University studies by Bernard Fields, whose daughter was a pupil at Acklam Grange School. Claire Beaumont, a member of staff at Acklam Grange School, is also sponsoring Lucas through his university course.

On 24 April 2022 Lucas was married to Limi.
