Janeth Lesinet
Janeth is 13 years old. She attended Kisongo Primary School. Both her parents passed away due to AIDS. She lives with her brother and sister. They depend on the local people for food.
Janeth started Kipok Girls’ Secondary Boarding School in January by 2011. She was sponsored throughout her secondary education by the family of Emily & Felicity Holden, former pupils at Acklam Grange School.
Janeth completed her secondary education in November 2014, and based the entry examination to start a Vocational course at Arusha Vocational Training Centre in January 2016. Unfortunately, personal circumstances prevented her from starting the course, so her place has been deferred until January 2017. Janet has been able to progress to further education because the Holden family have offered to sponsor her through this.
