Lalahe Melayeki

His parents moved away, he now lives with his aunt. His position was 2nd. in his class. He is very good at sport, and played at District and Regional level at volleyball.

Lalahe started Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2012. He was placed 1st. in his year group in recent school examinations.

He completed his secondary education in November 2015, and gained a Division Two pass – as a result he was selected to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at A’ Level at Rujewa School, Mbarali. He started his A’ Level studies in July 2016, and in his final examinations in June 2018 he gained a Division I pass – the highest pass possible!

He was sponsored throughout his secondary and A’ Level education by James Small, a former pupil at Acklam Grange School, and now an English teacher at Egglescliffe School, Stockton on Tees.

In October 2018 Lalahe was selected to study a BSc degree course in Civil Enginerring at Mbeya University. He is being sponsored throughout his three years at university by James Small and his partner Amy Twiname.
