Upendo Lengiyeu
There are problems at home. She lives with both parents but her father is an alcoholic and doesn’t agree with her going to school as he wants his daughters to get married. The mother cuts grass for a living. Upendo was positioned 12th. in class.
Upendo started Kipok Girls’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2012. She is being sponsored by Laliesha Ali, a former Head Girl at Acklam Grange School.
