Liomom Mungaya

Liomom attended Meserani Juu Primary School. He is the fourth born of six children. His family wanted him to stay at home grazing animals rather than go to school.

Liomom started his secondary education at Moita Boys’ Secondary Boarding School in January 2020. He is being sponsored by David Harris who met Liomom at Moita School in January 2020 whilst volunteering with The Meserani Project. David was “really inspired by the work of The Meserani Project”, and “When I met Liomom his journey so far in life has made him into an incredible young man, his drive and commitment to achieve a good education is truly amazing”.
