To all our supporters, past and present.
A timely reminder to everyone that we have been presented with an amazing opportunity to take part in the first ever Tees Heritage Walk, to raise funds for The Meserani Project, and all the organisational work is being done for us!
On Sunday 14 May – one week from now – a brand new walk based along the River Tees is being opened up for us to take part in as first ever participants, and raise funds for The Meserani Project. The walk is being organised and marshalled by Middlesbrough Erimus Rotary, and Middlesbrough College – the route has a number of options depending on your level of fitness/interest – refreshment stops and cafes are available along the route – you will learn about the River Tees industrial heritage and the transformation work currently being undertaken by a number of organisations.
There is an entry fee for individuals and for families, but you are welcome to deduct this from any sponsorship money that you raise for The Meserani Project if you wish. All details are in these four documents:
Tees Heritage Walk 2023 Entry Form
All sponsorship money raised for The Meserani Project will be going towards resourcing the new Meserani Secondary School in Tanzania.
Thanks🙂
